    OMG!!! Laughed my ass off. This scenario is almost completely true to word. A "must view" if you want a good laugh.

    Video is so TRUE. This just happened to me last week. I Wasted a whole day trying to fix my computer over the phone . So FRUSTRATING! I could not understand him and he did the same thing over and over and he couldn't fix it. Finally, he referred me back to our IT people and they fixed it very quickly and they speak English. Yeah! Cheap labor = cheap results!

    Delay tactics so that they can prove you were not out working and hitting your coverage and frequency, be careful....They're looking for excuses.
