The new future of BI will rolled out over the next quarter. Working from home will be a bigger percentage of our time based on the new normal. As representatives we will make sacrifices to achieve this goal. Unfortunately many will be forced to reduce their current salaries by 30%. You will still have great benefits along with working from home.
If you do not wish to proceed with the New Future we will have an expanded remote staff willing to take over your responsibilities.
    Times they are a changing!

Yes there will be changes. And our CEO will cover some in limited detail during Thursday’s town hall.

one thing for certain, there will be no 30% reduction in salary.

Uh oh they’re sailing to the states to make announcement. Beware if there is a cadaverous female with him. The harbinger of layoffs will provide the news
Reduce the headcount or outsource telephone reps to India. 30% of the field force could be promoted to further full time phone - reduce the headcount of management and directors would be a fantastic start. Leadership at this place is stagnant

Calling BS on this one. Try putting tele reps up against reps in the field, good luck with that. Lilly was supposed to be out til January and guess what? Theeeeere back! Why you ask? Because Novo has been in the field the whole time and kicking their ass.
A year from now (god willing a vaccine works) things will be back to normal more or less. If you want to start a conspiracy theory about the demise of reps then go with some sort of government price controls in the future. This theory is much more likely to put us out of work.

BI is already the cheapest company.

so what else is new. Everyone has been working from home since mid March. The AOB and other buildings in CT are dead empty. In addition, we’re hitting our budget #’s with limited activity in the field. That doesn’t bode well for field reps.

sell/lease the property in CT (difficult market to lease office space now) but that building is sitting empty and being wasted.

You are an idiot. Do you think hitting budget was an "accident" or something that just happened to occur? Go back to your cubicle and focus on your job. Clearly others are executing and excelling in their positions.
