New IT Job postings

Several leader roles in IT being posted - are these for replacements?

 

I have the same question: thought they filled these with outsourcing company contractors?

 

I would be weary of these 'Head' role postings in IT - a coupe of failed 'IT Leaders' from Bristol Myers in NJ came to Thousand Oaks and are trying to recreate a failed BMS-IT model at Amgen

 

was offered 'Head of IT' role under IT startegy domain, but was not impressed with the leader's vision and inability to present a coherent 5 year roadmap - so I stayed away ... something seemed off about the whole thing
