How is the company and manager? Worth the risk?

With your attention to detail, you'll be a perfect fit.

Review other posts on this topic that has been addressed here repeatedly. What are your feelings about the prospect of being under pressure from Day 1, being micro-managed, and being placed on a plan by the end of your 2nd quarter because you missed quota? Maybe take the risk that things will be better under the new AD for the West, but remember that the company is on it's 2nd VP of Sales in less than 2 years and the leadership behavior that resulted in mass turnover in 2015 occurred again in 2016 (and the West experienced it worse than other regions in 2016). Not a good track record.

The West is NOT the best at Keryx!

There was a famous book written about Keryx that you may have read in High School English Lit. class. It was based on the different standards that the East area and the West area were held to. It's called "A Tale of Two Cities".
