Feedback has been she is relatively ineffective, rather nasty of temperament, and has not made any meaningful contributions to date - she came from toilet bowl company (literally, that company made toilet bowls)

in a nutshell - no value addition; she used to be at a device company (b braun) in CA years ago and got shoved out - she bounced around a bit and conned medimmune into giving her top $$$ for her sham skills

we hear she was fired from Watson Pharma in CA - and brought along her fellow Watson firees to medimmune - mean, nasty, lacks quality focus

Completely ineffective and no personality to cover for it - cranky and awkward most of the time. No leadership or vision.

Ah the infamous 'rub-you-the-wrong-way' personality of Ms. SS - the lean, mean, 'my-way-or-the-highway' CIO - her personality is about as ugly as she is - ugh!
