His employees: Implant Direct has been on a constant hiring mode since its inception while Nobel and Straumann have been downsizing at the expense of its employees and customers

Anyone but himself ... He has given away millions to charities and dental schools with two honorary doctorates.

What have you done that gives you the right to criticize someone who has given employment to 500 people and developed a business and product line that has benefitted thousand of dentists and 10s of thousands of patients. Your not only a loser, you are a sore loser.

The company itself is OK..however it is managed as a joke. The hire ANYONE, keep anyone stupid enough to stay....Aside from Nizzies payday, and floating on a 27 year old patent, the people are a joke. Even Mid management.....Good one of their long term employees, Reza Nazarinia. Once you get past his Linkedin...the dude threatened to blow up a hotel in Vegas LOL. Demoted......demoted again......and one last demotion...yet, he stays.

If thats the management, then think about the poor employees. Nizzie will have a Jammer, the board will call a emergency meeting and drink champagne. Clients will come...as they sell a commodity, and nothing more. Are they a knock off company? Hell ya...but THEY ARE JUST SCREWS. Theirs are as good as anyones. No better, no worst.

This is all right on bro. Commodity product.Niznick never wanted sales managers. He believes reps should manage themselves. Most of the middle management got their jobs by begging for it. So imagine the respect they get from Niznick, he thinks they are overpaid and underworked, who the heck would want that job. Truth is middle management are like glorified reps and upper mngt are like regional sales mgrs, nobody is empowered to drive positive change and so morale and pride for working here is lost. When you have a greedy, suppressive, manipulative, controlling and tunnel minded management approach, it affects everything. This is a good place to learn and sharpen up, working for Niznick has made me smarter and more aware...... I'm always keeping an eye open and watching my back for people that may be trying to sandbag me. True story broski.

I bet Niznick calls it quits this year. He's made it 3 years with Danaher, as long as an intern stays at Danaher. Never thought of it like that....Niznick's maturity is equal to an intern. Has he really treated people so shitty to deserve this? Probably. He does create jobs, but they're just jobs and worse, low paying jobs.

 

First of all he is 70, not 80. He drives a Harley, flies a jet and can break 80 on the golf course regularly so I doubt you could keep up with him. He owns 25% of Implant Direct so don't expect him to walk away into the sunset just because he has enough money support his life style to an age of at leaset 200. If you think he is "tired and delirious" I suggest you watch the lecture he gave a few months ago at IDs LV teaching center. You will definitely learn why he is still a force in the implant industry.

MK went back to Zimmer. He has been in the field for two weeks.

 

I don't buy it. Zimmer fired him the first time around and I doubt that they would hire him again. Besides, his face is so far up the Niz's rear end, I doubt that he could ever separate himself from the old man.

Ok lets get the facts straight, he is 75, he may look 70 because of his facelift and hair plugs but he is older that what he says. He does not fly the jet anymore, his wife does has not allowed him to fly for at least 10 years now and anyone can break 80, after all the clowns mouth is so large anyone can get a golf ball through that opening. As far as being a force in the industry, yes he is a force, he is a force of entertainment and laughter for us all.

 

No one would HIRE an Implant Direct rep. If they would...The guy below would hacve been hired. He has applied everywhere...
