New reporting affected my numbers in a negative way a lot. And my goals didn't change. So id say that my goals don't reflect the new reporting at all
I'll tell you what makes me go hmmmmm, the hiring of extremely immature little girls and boys, who think they are here for appearances. This is not modeling 101 and we don't need anybody with psychiatric disorders. We beg of you, please do psychological testing on hires, both management and reps. Test them again before promoting. Please make sure that they are experienced sales reps, are capable of acting maturely and they do not sound like children when they talk. Be sure they can handle rough honest feedback. Life isn't all rain bows and unicorns up your ass. Being married with children does not qualify for maturity. Gerbils can reproduce. ThanK you.
