Bioventus finds lots of cheaper “talent” by firing tenured employees they believe we’re making too much money. Interesting so many senior and executive reps were fired to be replaced by lower paid reps. Great place to work if you want a terrible culture of fear. You will be fired without question no matter who you are so be careful people!
Completely incorrect. No tenured rep has been fired because they make too much money. If that were the case they wouldn’t have bought a Rolex and paid and retained the top rep of the company. Not to mention the other top reps they brought on stage for their volume. They are all still here and they made by far the most. You are clueless and it’s unfortunate you are trying to create trouble. What is clear however is after people who are in the middle pack realize THEY can’t make as much they leave and get replaced by inexperienced less expensive reps. That’s the issue not firing people who make more but replacing people who leave for greener pastures with lesser experience
Tenured reps aren’t fired because they make too much. They leave because they get tired of having their quotas jacked up every year, make less and less money and sell even more.
