Seriously jealous of those that were laid off.
Realized that I was hoping that ST’s call was about more layoffs.
Disappointed that it was not.

 

What does that have to do with being here too long? Imho the younger ones whine and the older ones just do what has to be done. Except in the northeast where everyone whines.

 

Because if you’d been in a real pharma job u would know this is the norm in pharma and quit crying. No one cares.

Then everyone knows who will be the top people in Q1. Same people that were at the top in Q4.....and on & on it goes

 

That’s why setting the same goal for everyone is not realistic or fair. It’s the same people that win the awards and contest every time along with the doubler.

 

Don’t worry, you’ll get your wish when the generic gets to market which will be soon

 

So in your mind we should change the rules to make it harder for those that are making the company money to win shit? That’s just stupid. The reason those people win everything is because they are ringing the register. If your territory is too small to win it may also be too small to be viable and maybe u shouldn’t even be here. Sometimes it’s best to just be quiet

 

yes it is
