This company is so cheap. A/C commissions are pathetic. Zero fun here, zero motivation from management. You want extraordinary results- you need extraordinary reps- extraordinary isn't cheap! You will continue to lose good people because you don't care about paying sales what they have earned. G is raping the salesforce. I can't recommend working here to anyone. You can make more money doing a lot less work on the RX side. Why put the effort in if you aren't getting paid for it. Shameful.
