New Wave Pharma

I just interviewed for a sales rep position within the firm. I am reading the responses and have become concerned. Is anyone able to shed in depth light on the organization whether positive or neutral? I am wondering if the concerns brought up are a reflection of a poor startup or if they are common issues that occur with start up pharma corporations.

this start-up has sooooo many problems that don't seem to be getting resolved anytime soon. The upper management doesn't know how best to correct or solve all of the challenges going on in the field. Nothing has improved in 6 months........you can definitely do better than with this company unless you like working for nothing and constantly being frustrated.

A start up company isn't for everyone. Just as big pharma isn't for everyone.

 

Pay and benefits are weak.

 

everything is "weak". The upper management is clueless and doesn't know how to lead this company except into the ground. It's a matter of time before all of the reps see the light and bail out from this sinking ship.

 

So, so negative. Who are you and what makes you such an expert on management and getting a company started? Such a downer. If it's not for you leave.

 

I am and half of my district will be gone as well within 6 weeks. Job offers around the corner, thank god!!
