WK: Not right fit for the company, nor has integrity to lead a stellar team. He talks about how easy goals are for certain team members to other team members, lacks communication skills, and is out of company compliance. Shows narcissist behavior. Outright judgmental and makes negative comments about his team members. He lacks value what AMAG represents, and is beyond disrespectful to all of the "leaders" he leads. Time will tell with this RSD. Writing is clearly on the wall. He currently has a nice "smoke screen" over his leadership. But no one can hide behind his TRUE SELF. AMAG will lose great people because of this bad hire. AMAG has already lost two stellar individuals already because of this RSD hire... What a shame.
