New Xeljanz RD is a micro-managing dinosaur who plans to bring his primary care ways to the Xeljanz specialty sales force. 3 in a car and multi-day field rides - plan for a mass exodus. Where does Pfizer find these small minded, non-strategic thinkers? Why have an RD if he is going to function as another DBM? It's just so sad. No wonder Pfizer can't get it right.

You need the un-injection from Pfizer! That will reduce both your acute and chronic inflammation over your new RD. Be careful on the required monitoring, but that's extra Pfizer value.

PS. if you want it worse, come over to biosims.

If he’s the new one out west then good luck. I was floored when I heard the news. He has NO personality at all. That interview had to be painful, if there even was one.

He totally rode the coattails of the the 1st RBD, KO.

If he rides with you just take him to a low decile HCP. Better yet have an office set up in your storage unit with a cardboard cutout of a Dr. They could stare at each other for hours.

I know a rep who gave someone $20 to put a nail in his tire when he was on a call. Good way to kill a couple of hours after which I guarantee the clown will leave you.

Can change a tire in 10 minutes.

Heard he is already demoralizing all of the DBMs with his authoritarian ways. What a moron. If he's not worse than Ed, he is a clone of Ed. What was John Miles thinking when he hired this idiot? Nothing like demoralizing your team when you are hoping to launch new indications. Where does Pfizer find these micromanaging, overbearing, authoritarian dinosaurs? Other than Angela, the whole upper management team for Xeljanz is a bunch of old and middle aged white men with antiquated ideas and management practices.

Last name, or at leastt initial. If it's who I think it is, you people are in for a lot of misery.

New to Pfizer - was told they are really trying to make it a "speciality" division Some of the reps do not get "speciality" they act like Primary Care.

You really must be new to Pfizer. All divisions act like primary care because that is what leadership understands. It is what they measure, value and reward. Even when not best for business, patients or doctors, we must meet our "metrics".

No, that’s all we have. How else can they keep us busy without busy work and busy calls.
This job has become a joke.

Primary Care Activity Metrics is the new I&I business model. It changed when expansion more than doubled the Xeljanz team and majority reps & DMs came from primary care thus had greater share of voice w HQ--'Result quickly morphed into a primary care activity metrics division.
Just take your counterpart with you like the rest of us and make joint calls to get your call numbers. With access that is the only way.
