Next Round of Layoffs Coming Soon!!!!!!

So you admit that you're posting all of this negative stuff and don't even work for the company. What I thought.

 

I heard this from someone at the home office as well. If any company needs people to work in an HR dept, it's this company. I can't believe what happens here...

 

Looks like layoffs DID happen in the corporate office.....

Well, now we know who lost their job at the home office.

 

Yep. The sales force is probably next.

 

I don't think so...why the retention bonus? If we stay through March we get one in April. There's another after the 2nd quarter as well. They can't sell the company if they don't have any reps. They may not be actively looking, but I'm sure they are very willing to sell at some point and possibly putting the word out without hiring a firm to promote it.

 

4 rep resignations this last month. Word has it that the managers did get permission to fill the open territories.

 

Good. I have some friends looking for a job. this is a great place to work while you look for a real job.

 

Hang on, another round of targeted RIF's is around the corner.

OK so here it is. How many people in the company? 105 or so. Don't be surprised if it goes down to 75. Both internal and external are going to be impacted greatly in Q1
