Just had a client call in last week and tell me the AZ rep is still selling OON writeoffs. Thought that attorney said we couldn't?
Very few of them have viable sales experience on a level playing field. Seems to me Bio is trying to make some changes and go in a different direction and doubt many of them could work in a more compliant and structured setting.
Oh, I get it Cafe Pharma is the new compliance hotline... If someone is not doing the right thing why don't you just call the attorney or call the hotline to report? By staying quiet and posting criptic messages you accomplish nothing. If shady business is going on it affects us all and we should do more than just complain vaguely on CP.
thats Rich! Bio R saying someone is non-compliant. You went through 3 compliance people in as many years cleaning this toilet. $10 per draw was the way you grew, and everyone knows it.
What did you / are you doing about it? Did you call the company attorney or the hotline to report or were you simply too happy collecting your share of the pie?
