They will get the right person in here this time. I can’t imagine they screw it up again and it’s not going to be someone internal they aren’t ready. Otherwise it would have happened a while ago. Plus we all know no one would respect that.
Something is not right here it just feels uneasy. No straight answers. No decisions being made. What are they hiding. It’s clearly NOT that they put an unproven or unqualified person in one of the most important positions here so why wouldn’t we all be worried about our jobs and futures?
With all of the senior executives having resigned, and an increasing number of sales reps leaving, the company is imploding. The ship hit the iceberg and is sinking.
