No one is making goal

Only 41% of the NAM’S are making Nuedexta goal

Every week the numbers are getting worse

 

The multiple CNN articles have done me in
The insurance companies will not pay for Nuedexta and want prior authorization all the time
The offices are so done with prior authorizations

 

Everyweek the numbers are getting worse
The National Average is getting lower and lower
Pretty soon the head counts will be reduced

 

How many are making goal now? Anyone? Buehler Buehler Buehler...

 

You can tell Avanir is playing with the numbers
So no bonus money will be paid

 

Anyone with a brain knows they've been doing this for years. They keep your bonus so they can offset all the lawsuits and whistle blowers they have to pay off. Also, Aziz is running up quite the manicure and botox bill, so your bonus goes towards his metrosexual tendencies.

 

50% of the NAMs are making goal now
so over half of NAMs will make 10K
or more in bonus for Q3 , The Top 10 NAMs will make 20K+ for Q3 bonus
not bad

 

And yet everybody I know is looking to get out! Ha Must be the great culture and advancement opps that keep people staying. Or is it the pipeline?

Real sales jobs make 10-20k per month in commission.

 

Tell me what sales rep jobs pay 120K base , free company car and "10-20k per month in commission" ??
Because here at Avanir i only make 120K base, free company car and 40K a year in commission
plus our 401K match is really good 10%

 

Lab sales. Oncology diagnostics specifically. At plan 220k. Some reps making 400k.

 

It’s not a free car
And very few NAM’s are making 40K in bonus

 

Not a free car and I wouldn’t call a Camry the lap of luxury. And not many seeing the 40K carrot

 

omg I only came here bc one of your regional managers is on LinkedIn trying to hire someone in my metro. Were these people really trying to make bonus by doping up the elderly in nursing homes???? This really makes you realize that the pharma industry is just like that huge turd that won’t flush. It keeps swirling round the toilet bowl but can’t quite go down. We’re all doomed!!!!

 

Even worse the only way a doctor will push it on these old birds is when they are a paid speaker (consultant)

This is a dirty business made dirtier by Avanir.

 

Our drug doesn’t cause drowsiness, sedation ect
So no it’s not sedating old people.
Those are the other company’s sleep meds, atypicals an antidepressants
those other companies are pushing on the elderly.
