HJ never took the bar exam. She finished and got her degree but never passed the bar so she never practiced.

 

Ha! So now she pretends to be a prosecuting attorney towards her team. That's rich! What a but whole.

 

Not sure why everyone is putting in so much time bashing this manager or that one. Their rankings already separate the qualified leaders from the bad hires. Want to know who can and can't lead? Open that report.

 

They can’t look at the report because 90% of the people posting bad stuff don’t work here any more. Keep that in mind

 

Not sure what the percentage is, but what about those of us that DO work here - for now?

 

Funny how once a certain persons initials were cited as HJ's only parrot that this thread now has a lone defender for her. . . hmmm. The rest of us at meetings, dinner or on the phone have established our disdain for her, even IN HER OWN BATHROOM.

From what KN had up on the screen at our meetings just a few days ago evidently HJ is one of the bad hires. If she works "hard or harder than most people" either the report is lying or her defender is. Everyone here knows that hard work at Indivior ALWAYS translates to success!

Inexperienced or just lousy leadership?

 

Just a bad apple all around...as a colleague, manager and person. Will stab anyone it’s takes to make herself look good. It’s no real secret why there’s so much turmoil down there. Yeah...some people were laid off but most were very to go while others jumped on their own largely because of her. She’s a liability to the company.

 

Whoever nominated HJ wins. Making our lives miserable.

 

Management here has always been notoriously bad. There's no way to describe it really other than just to say how the hell did they find these jokers? Are Marco, Janine and Jeff Bobutt still around? It's unlikely, but if you want examples..just saying. B.S. talks but can't walk the walk.

Retaliation? More like Karma. You get what you put out. When you're a ahol like some of the above-mentioned people, you deserve all the backlash you can get. Not did these waste of space clots not have any social skills let alone leadership or management skills oh, they had the emotional IQ of 16 year olds. Many came on board thinking they were just going to take over and proceeded to do just exactly that. They set out to be corporate spies and pick out people they personally did not like for no other reason than selfish greed. They grabbed onto rumors and spread them around, in an effort to make themselves feel special. All I can say is where did that get you? Good riddance to lowlife losers.
