Does anyone know if Otsuka's conditions of employment include a non compete clause? If so, for how long after an employee stops working for the company?

No way! If someone who was at Otsuka told you, they were fired or forced to resign with a severance.

There is no such thing in this business. Not in sales anyway. Where would you even get that idea?

Non-competes are everywhere. Just refuse to sign them and threaten to walk away. Companies will compromise. If they want you, they won't make you sign them. But don't think they're not out there...

There's no such thing. Only a bigger moron than you would believe it.

I had to sign a Non-Competence Clause. I am not allowed to be competent in my role while at Otsuka.

Interesting! My former manager must have signed this as her acceptance of employment at Otsuka.

Non-competes are not enforceable, especially if they lay y'all off!
