Yes, John Stull was "demoted" from VP to a director (thank god). Management by intimidation is an understatement. Why JA didn't show him the door is anyone's guess at this point.
I agree. He was a nightmare to deal with in Florida. Bad CSM, horrific CSD. JA gave him a lateral to transfer to the CSD job in the Northeast. Then after 6 months promoted him to VP. This guy has a horrible track record for employee retention and building a positive atmosphere on his teams. Why did JA keep him? I know they still do the annual hunting trip, maybe he didn't want to hurt his buddy's feelings? John always tells his reps "you are too close to the administration and surgeons in the account". This always followed with them being fired the following quarter. Could JA be too close to these guys (on a personal level) to make the best business decisions for us? Gary please weight in here....
JS was bad but Jamie Lewis was the best example of a underqualified person who is an asshole and demotivates the people that work for her with her bs but gets a hall pass from JA. Is she still there?
John Stull is a worthless piece of crap. Destroyed what was left of the northeast, got rid of the whole capital team, any of the clinical reps that still had relationships and clinical salt. He promoted his kiss ass buddies Chip and Oliver....How'd that one work out for you Johnny??
The new AVP they brought in from the west coast. Funny thing is, John did this to many of his reps, split their territory, let the new rep go threw CAST then wack the veteran. How does it feel John?
