Not feeling the mission until I'm paid my Full Commission

I'm tired of hearing we are Paid for Performance - You are paid for your Territory or lack thereof. Actually now that I think of it, this is the first sales gig I've had where I wasn't paid for Performance.
And.. sometimes we are not paid at all. There are many PMR's who feel the same. Just give us a Larger geographical piece of pie (with Zip codes - What a concept!) so we aren't killing ourselves to make Quota. Most Ridiculous Business Plan EVER! Location Based Selling and your blanked up Tableau ...suck it.

Bust your ass the whole quarter. Week after week "high pressure from AM..your pace to quota is this". Last week of quarter, "sorry you won't be getting credit for those orders.". Fuck this.
