Must be the remaining 50 "high" performers brushing up on their resumes and interviewing techniques for those guaranteed positions they were promised or they are still out supporting that incredible 1.26% TRx market share nationwide for Invega!! I think the top 50 are happy that they were retained and not on the street. Compared to what could be, the company is treating them fairly. Good luck to all
That question is NEVER answered to anyones satisfaction at any company. It would reveal how it really works.
JNJ has been relatively transparent about the criteria up to this last lay-off - as a matter of credo. Something different went on this time.
If you file suits you lose severance - the big companies rule your life if you are not of independent means.
