If this place were a sitcom, it would be a mix between The Love Boat and The Sopranos (minus all the cool shit). Word is out on this place and its a matter of time before it sinks. I'd rather be an employee on the Costa Concordia than this place, and we all know how that ended. I'm sure this post will be taken down like all the others. Hope I didn't hurt TT's feelings.

Hello, I am a seasoned Med device rep with 4 years experience at intuitive, Ethicon, Acclarent, and some start up. I was contacted by a recruiter today for the capital position. What is the "average" rep making? Companies all like to talk about their top 5% but what's the reality here for pay? I am making 220k in my current job but they recently jacked the comp plan around and I would like to go somewhere that has a good 3-5 year product lifecycle window.
