They are crooks because they keep those engaging and indulging in nefarious activities and chuck out the responsible, hardworking and capable people. The slightest dissent or disagreement leads to the chopping block. Opinions are suppressed and those who are here closer to a decade or so know exactly which buttons to push and which people to trample upon. Under the facade of unboss, the entire org is micromanaged and misused.
Agreed. Everyone who is there is part of the problem. From the top down it is an ugly culture. Don’t kid yourself. All of you who are there are part of the problem. From Vas to Paul to Fabrice to the Heads and VPs and down to you. It’s a Swiss company. Like the Swiss who contributed to the genocide of WWII. Profits first. Integrity second. If you work there you’ve made your choice.
True because they have forgotten how to work and are threatened by people who know something. One person knows something and hires useless friends keeping them under their thumb but giving them access to all resources and opportunities. The people who know something are perceived as a threat when they should not be. The perception comes from deep insecurities within people who have access to information but no abilities .
What happened is that promotions got to their heads, they became complacent and lazy, forgot the regulations and ethics and started drowning in the success of drugs that sold themselves. Now the new drugs are practically without great data and everyone is lost trying to lie and indicate that some of these drugs are still the best and overcharging for them most of the times. New hires notice this but are severely suppressed by these high on ancient success people.
agree. RD’s and Abl’s Encourage rx manipulation to create a facade their area is doing better than it actually is. It will hit the fan one day.
