I came across a position for a NPWT rep. I read the stuff about 3M and I’m not sure how to feel. Is it a good opportunity?
Everyone knows a sales force reduction is coming. We're losing a good amount of business to Smith & Nephew now that they're back on the market with their pump. That being said it's a pretty easy job, the lifestyle is great, and the money is decent, just don't get too comfortable
Just starting to see more people leave at corporate and in the field. Also 3M loves salesforce app and you will be tracked with Motus, Reptrax and salesforce. A leash will be put on sales team and you will be tracked everywhere you go and questioned on every move u made or did not make.
Honestly, stuff like this makes me laugh. If you are doing what you should be doing, it’s no big deal. As long as you are not sitting home, you are fine. The only reps who should worry are the ones working 10-2.
I agree as well on the hours and salesforce, no big deal but how many ABTheras can you really sell when you have no level 1 hospitals in your territory? How many ways can you slice a cake? It will still be the same volume. Maybe add some more icing on top of the cake ? Lol
