Really, the above described behavior is right out of the LSD division's David O'Connor and/or Fran O'Malley play books. These character disordered, business destroying alcohol fogged buffoons were hired & protected by their old boss at Liposome. In fact O'Malley was on a PIP - his business plan had to be written by his direct report because he was too illiterate and/or lazy to do it himself.
