When is the state going to start cracking down on these small labs, analyze their billing write-offs, and issue fines? They state would make a ton of money and it would make these small labs go out of business. Time to level the playing field.
When is the state going to investigate Labcorp and Quest for going under costs for the capitation contracts they sign in order to try to bankrupt all the small labs! This is question that should be asked. Labcorp and Quest both suck and only get business by buying it from the insurers and forcing providers to choose them. ANTI-TRUST & RESTRAINT OF TRADE!!!!!!!
