    NBU shows your history of performance and how they forecasted your goal based on that history. OBU just has a # which was based on what?? Can’t be history because so many are off based on Q2 performance which was off by 20-30% or more! And Q3 goals didn’t drop. Some went up! Crazy.

    They should send out a GLINT survey now. Bet morale is at an all time low! Where's the transparency!? When 5% finished the qtr at goal but leadership stays silent the trust is lost. Cost cuts left and right? talk about disenchanted, disengaged reps!

    Scorecards updates and 1/4 through Q3 majority of nation is trending below 75% to Q3 goal. Great goal methodology and retention bonus motivation!

    Here’s the real story...

    You all got paid ridiculous amounts for giving away free product at launch, even though you can’t sell, got paid for it, realized they made a huge mistake actually losing millions, so now they have to give you unattainable goals to make up for it. Pretty simple...
