Ocology new hires get 4 weeks vacation

Oncology sucks for a while at BMS. Many tenured reps were either let go under false pretenses or forced out due to micromanagers. (upper manager asked DBMs. Take a look at your district, do you have a rep or two that you would have not hire again? Then get rid of them.LOL!! (LH) BMS has lost access to many accounts due lack of relationships. Many Reps left with pensions from 6 to 7 figures, a big 401k and BANKED vacation time. Now the new reps are suffering at BMS because they have no pension, just the little 401K. Boom, many reps have found new opportunities in oncology and are forcing the big reps to fight for access. Yo, office manager you know me for years, they have 6 reps in the field and more to come. Limit companies to 1-2 appts per quarter and not per rep. Tough times ahead for Big pharm reps
