Does anyone have info on Ocusoft? What are they like to work for? Anything? Thank you for any info you can supply. I have an interview next week.
DON'T DO IT. I am a current rep and have been here for 5 months. Search the company on linkedin and check the tenure of the sales reps. Every rep I know (myself included) are looking/interviewing for other positions. All this position will do to your resume is make you look like a "job hopper" and try to explain why you were only there for a year or less. Micro management doesn't begin to explain it. Constant reports- one you have to do every weekend. Trust me. I took this position to get pharma experience after b2b. It is not worth it. $45-65k is base for reps and bonus is a joke.
