In retrospect, old shitty-shirts did exactly the job he was paid to do - turn AMS into a sellable entity with a high profit margin on end of life, harvest products. Well done. He will never be the kind of leader that can inspire the confidence of his customers or workforce, he just doesn't give a shit about anyone else but himself and will always go through life with his entitled view that he is the smartest guy in the room. Karma is a bitch, even if you are Camille Farhat. He has zero to show in competence, leadership. What goes around comes around... He fleeced AMS along with the dipshits who preceded him (why wasn't HR contacted at MDT, where they disposed of him, BEFORE he was hired?) - Tony Bihl & Company along with the Mr. Drummond looking MoFo from Endo. These guys made a lot of money off of the back of a once great uro/gyn device company. Now you have a has-been "giant" BSX, pissing on themselves with glee, as they slash jobs to make their P&L look good by the end of the year. More and more companies have a void in leadership, I say about 98.99%. You know who should lose jobs at AMS and every other company who want to just jerk-off to the "bottom line?" The middle managers. What do they do? Any functionary at corporate can "approve an expense report." Why the ride-along? What does that bring? Exactly what other industry has a waterboy/girl, Excel Spreadsheet Gazer, "management-type" (hee-hee) sit next to them in a car for two to three days, extolling "isms?" ...but I digress. I hope all the business franchise "leaders" including the Baliwood boobs of Raj & Dev are exposed for the frauds they are...
