    BC he’s full of charisma and personality that lends people to want to follow him

    Dude can work a spreadsheet, give him that, but leading and engaging people ahhhhhhhh, NO!!! Customers, mgrs, reps all can’t stand him. Brings zero value to a sales call that mgrs aren’t already handling well (given what we have).

    But Meg told me he had moxy or something like that.....so I guess she’s right and ALL of us are wrong

    Spot on!! Try to get him to succeed in a competitive situation. You WILL lose every time or he will not show up. Either way, you are f’ed.

    Baxter really could be a wonderful place to work, If the sales team wasn't micromanaged non stop. Management please stop and see you have devoted employees but your actions are going to push people away.
