Anything is better than Marty. He was awful. He was so worried about everyone liking him that he was completely ineffective. He bullied those he didn’t like and encouraged outrageous amounts of drinking that I hope gets stopped now. From top to bottom he was hopelessly inept at this job. We need someone with backbone here

 

Agreed. He was terrible. His 10% that he carried liked him and the drunks. He was way over his head as a manager because he cared what people thought too much. He didn’t care about the company more than his own popularity.
