Not a DePinto hire. He was part of the P baggers cabal as feuerstein called them. Connection to the company was as a shareholder. Personal agenda included years of pumping which included claiming he was an employee and attacking anyone with a contrarian view. How many victims bought stock partially due to his lies and straw man arguments?

No connection. He has many posts here dating back to Gold and also after JJ. Very difficult to find any difference between what he did and what MH did. He may have victims who bought stock because of his pumping and attacks on others who had contrarian opinions who were right for the last 3 years.
Likely knows the MH story, and maybe now finally grasps the concept that you can be long a company and also be telling lies just like she was.
