Novartis Onc reps are overpaid. If you don't like your base salary....leave. Don't let the door hit your ass on the way out. Plenty of reps are available to replace you . You are a commodity. Get over yourself. Your relationships with oncology providers are weak.
So true. All oncology reps are overpaid actually. You sit at home for four days waiting for your maybe one day a week appointment with the doctor and the rest of the time what are you doing? Shopping with your big paychecks? You’re definitely not doing rocket science or hard physical labor. Get over yourselves
