Oncology interviews

Yeah, declined. Told not enough oncology experience...been in for almost 5 years?!?!

 

If I can impart just one thing, just one thing to keep in mind. This is GSK. It's a great job (all divisions are the same) but the corporate culture is the worst in the industry! Bar none! Rose petals and champagne promises at the beginning. What you get in the end are dried up oregano and orange cool-aid. It's not the people you work directly with, it's leadership. The leadership here is abysmal! You've been warned. If you need a job, take it. If you have other options go elsewhere.
