Oncology/Specialty experience

    I've been a National Account Manager for 5 years and am looking at other opportunities. I notice a lot of positions require oncology/specialty experience. Would anyone be willing to share insight on how the oncology/specialty job is different? I understand buy and bill and Medicare Part B reimbursement.
