Open Letter to Management

Stop sending us email on the weekend. You are up our asses enough during the week. We don't need the micromanagement to creep into the weekend as well. This is another example of your complete lack of regard for the folks in the trenches.

Without us there is no you. Don't make us tell you again.

 

PBS reps don't have time to read emails on the weekend. They are too busy at working a second job to support their familes because the commission structure is so bad. Everytime a rep leaves they talk about what a relief it is not work for them. Management by fear.

 

The reason they email you on weekends is because the bottom half of ODL/PBS reps are awful and need the micromanagement.

Why should you get paid commissions when you cant even sell basic A/P work? i am glad mgmt is clearing house and up the rear ends of the crap reps. Hopefully you non-performers will be gone soon...

 

How about you paying commissions on time as well??? Why the delay??

 

Yes. The under-performers will be gone soon. TR and his gang of odd little men are on a short leash with the board. You can only blame the reps for so long. Missing your number quarter after quarter. Tisk tisk.

Why pick on Bonnie....at least she has one or two accounts. Let her go do her thing. Maybe PBS is paying her more than the rest. She will make some cash on her 100 tests a month. But WS will not get paid for his 170 tests. Nice job Walter. Too bad your quota was a milllion. You always have a room under the I-40 brigde with me if you can't pay your bills. We have free water, pets (rats and bonnies) and if we point our sprint internet cards at the right angle. a great contact to input SFDC info. Rain or shine! Life is good. Christmas is coming up, any ONCO folks wired in for a little extra Xmas bonus? Long live the brotherhood of ODL!

 

Scorecard:
(1) 10 reps fired last Friday; multiple previous reps quit or fired in last few months, so the actual number of lost reps is probably 15 or more.
(2) Multiple lost accounts, including big one in Arizona
(3) Bladder cancer test not as successful as expected- stiff resistance - competitors.
(4) Search firm calling reps from other companies in the Northwest to see if they want to join Predictive (is Bonnie being replaced?)
These are facts-- check them out.
Why would anyone want to be part of this?

 

(1) 2 people in sales were fired last week.
(2) Wrong
(3) Fib -- new reps are selling the hell out of test
(4) Leave Bonnie alone, it's not her fault that you suck. A replacement is needed for a previous NW based rep not her.

These are not facts. These are the rants of the disgruntled.

Oh yes! Sing it sister! These tests literally sell themselves. Sales are growing at a feverish pace. Not only will we get the Nobel in science in 2012, we are all going to be gazillionaires!

 

I just ordered certNDx tests for everyone in my family for Christmas off Amazon. hematuria is the new skinny. nidogen is the new black.
