Did anybody else notice the "double speak" in the breakouts and booze bashes - everything was said with a wink and a smile? New people drinking the green koolaid. New Managers looking around at their CSS's and TSM's with head spinning and wondering how they are going to pull off this sham? Directors spinning their BS and selling their integrity. (Joel excluded - much respect) "Let me show you how your quota will go up, your commissions will be cut, our expectations will be more than ever, managerial oversight will be ridiculous... oh yes, go get some more cold booze from the ice sculpture and I will explain how you will get rich quick if you keep you head down and foot on the gas peddle" (silly tag line from the worst of the worst to the lost and impressionable out WEST) Do they really think we are blind sheep standing in line to make that leap off the cliff to follow those lame Directors of Non-Sales? They are the "sales resistance" and are obviously incentivized by leading millennials to the slaughter. But, the party continues to rage on. Anybody ever ask why we only got a water bottle and they spent all their money on Senior Management? Come on Senior Management, step up and do us right. Don't be the Tom Drones we saw at the meeting, Just try to be men of grit and honor. You can do it. Are you really that afraid?
