Leadership (whoever that’s left) can seem to get their acts together and is running just like headless chickens. A complete 180 turn of what this Division used to be when we first started. Guess there are several reasons why all of the Executive Leadership bailed - sadly it’s a reflection of the company’s roots - India - and its US operations is run like the way it is in that country.

So I've been told that Abhay and Divya approve all coupon offers, and that Zvi runs the numbers. Are they taking it in the shorts for this ? Regardless of BU, why can SUN not develop an effective and profitable copay coupon. This is the 3rd change in Opth and I believe Derm has had 4 changes in the past six months. Why can't anyone do the math correctly ? Are they counting in Rupees or Dollars? They don't even know - maybe that's the first problem.

This is the problem - read the last couple of posts. The self-proclaimed financial gurus from India can do the fucking math. They consistently get it wrong which is why we've had so many changes in the coupon programs across opth and Derm.
