Great news you have a second product to try to sell!
Complete failure by Peter on all levels.

Optinose (NASDAQ: OPTN) today announced the Company received written notice from Avanir Pharmaceuticals, Inc. of its election to terminate the License Agreement to develop and commercialize ONZETRA® XSAIL® in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. As a result, the License Agreement is expected to terminate on March 10, 2019.

Upon termination of the license agreement, Optinose may elect to continue to commercialize ONZETRA XSAIL itself or through a new licensee.

“Optinose intends to evaluate its options with respect to the future of ONZETRA XSAIL,” stated CEO Peter Miller. “What is important is that we believe the termination of the license agreement will not have a material effect on the Company’s use of cash. Our strategic focus is on building a leading company to serve the unmet needs of ENT and Allergy Specialists and their patients. As a result, we intend to focus on options for ONZETRA XSAIL that involve minimal organizational burden for Optinose, which may include identifying and licensing ONZETRA XSAIL to a new partner.”

Through September 30, 2018, under the terms of the License Agreement with Avanir, Optinose has received aggregate cash payments of $70 million in connection with the initial signing and subsequent payments.

I don’t give AF about money. The only thing I chase is free time. Valeant is still trying to recover from its Mike Pearson era. Divestitures & Old shitty drugs is the only thing Valeant is getting this Christmas

No, theyre taking from all the money that was never paid out to the sales force because. Nobody got their comps because the beancounters overshot the goals. A bunch of reps quit after that. But who knows, maybe it was on purpose to save money for a garage sale buy of a company with outdated products that nobody wanted. Maybe theyre up to the old tricks. Either theyre stupid or evil. Take your pick

Either Insys or Valeant will buy this company.
They are experts at pushing horrible drugs.

So glad I was rejected by Optinose. Best rejection ever! Shortly after, landed with a direct manufacturer. Great product. Great salary. Great benefits. When a Company makes you jump through soooooo many unnecessary hoops from the start, you know they have the wrong Leaders in place. Proof. Look where they are today. Sliding further into the mud and crap. Idiots!

hahahahahahahahahahahah.....Oh, I bet he is... plenty to be jealous about there. A ridiculous, overpriced drug, with an even more ridiculous delivery method. An office full of wannabees that J & J kicked to the curb. A suite full of "nice" people, many of whom are full blown psychopaths, and a balance sheet that reflects very few actual sales, but hey, plenty of giveaways to encourage people to take products off their hands. Oh, and my personal favorite, our very favorite VP with his Ashley Madison account, soliciting 18 years old girls for sex. Yup, sure... jealous!!
