Why do we need site #3 to record our time in the field? Isn't that what Veeva is for? This company is unorganized and redundant.
ASHFIELD IS RIDICULOUS! unreal that we now have to record our hours yet again in ANOTHER place! This company is so back ass it's laughable. First veeva, then google tracker and now oracle? Oh and don't forget to get your compliance training finished by the 30th along with your manager one on one calls and expense reports 2x a months and two day ride along a with the BI manager and remote coaching with the BI manager and epath learning and conference calls every week. Oh and please don't forget to be out in the field selling. What a joke!
I don't know what is worse doing the time management or Adam D. not knowing how to communicate with 3 weeks before the qtr ends as to how it will work and then having to Eat ASS when they see the number of people who will hit bonus, than retract that they need to look at the real numbers per last week. We should have real numbers already and be able to have an idea vs throwing a dart and hope to hit something. Managers are leaving so I hope people who are believing this contract will go for the time period are seeing the writing on the wall.
