Shame on you Ferring. It is extremely disappointing that you have hired a BU head that is not only the antithesis of the Ferring Philosophy, but has completely destroyed the morale of what once was a strong business unit. You have managed to run people off that are exemplary models of what Ferring is - or what it used to be. It truly is a shame to see what has happened to the Ortho BU in such a short period of time. I hope this is a lesson for the future of Ferring as the entire Ortho team is saddened by the loss of a wonderful leader - all due to the actions and attitude of a person that nobody trusts or respects.

This is the direction Ferring has been moving since Brett came on board first they run off the folks that built the brand and replace them with young cheap reps, next they Instittute big pharma monitoring platforms like MI touch so they can build easily justifiable reasons to fire tenured reps without fear of recourse .. The last step is to put reps on plans that are at the top of the salary career ladder and eventually fire them to generate more revenue. Lastly move to a contract sales force or sell the product and lay off completely. Another likely scenario since “they” are all ex-Sanofi dicks, is the random firing scare tactic that makes all the reps work scared until they can find a new job. Thus destroying the culture and at the same time shedding what the assholes in Jersey call dead weight. Noticed how home office gets pissed now when anyone DARES call them directly from the field and challenge them. It’s the end of Ferring as we know it. Better touch up your resumes!

Hey genius, revenue isn’t generated by firing people. But I agree “Brett” is an idiot but so was Torres. And clearly you aren’t the sharpest knife in the drawer.

    Case Type: Gender Discrimination
    Company: Sanofi-Aventis

    Bellifemine, et al., v. Sanofi-Aventis U.S.

In 2007, Sanford Heisler Sharp, LLP represented a class of approximately 6,000 female sales employees in pay and promotion and gender discrimination claims against the pharmaceutical corporation, Sanofi-Aventis U.S. The settlement produced more than $15 million in monetary benefits plus the $13.4 million reverberating effect of a $2 million pay equity adjustment over a five-year period.

Neither are you! I didn’t always agree with Torres but he is definitely not an idiot or a bad guy. He must have fired you OR your girlfriend, wife or husband wanted to f* him more than you. Your ax is pitiful

You are correct in your assessment of Lionel. Like a white rhino, He is the rarest of all species of a-holes. A bully driven by insecurities of being found out he’s not as sharp as the pointy elf shoes on his feet. My fear is that he brings more of his kind here and makes it even more intolerable then it has already become.

There’s a reason why the term “Douche” is from the French language

True but Ferring has inculcated strong financial growth with outside the box deep thinking corporate strategy yielding returns on investments with ratios congruent with appointments.

Writing is on the wall. With another 3 HA injections coming to the market and the move to non-reporting ASP for all the other products, this class is receiving too much competitive pressure day by day. Every person in the Ortho unit is out as a Ferring employee and a contract sales force will be substituted in. Nothing lasts forever and this unit and Euflexxa reached their peak in 2016. Now the bleed and fall from grace. Do yourself a favor develop your network of Ortho physicians and Practice CEO's that will lead you to a bigger and better opportunity with a larger company for career growth and development.

Agreed but this can be said for the other business units so the whole company is sh&$t. Just like Ortho, Firmagon is Dead. Clenpic has reached its peak and bound for rapid decline, and the only hope for fertility is ...well just hope no bio similar hmg will ever make it to the market. As for Oncology, they’ve hired a bunch of jackels who will soon realize how f-Ing screwed up this company is and will leave the minute they make 5 bucks more. Yes Ortho is Dead but so is the entire company. It’s a f-ing fiasco is what it is!
