Orthofix decides to sue distributors who don't make quota!

If you are a current Orthofix distributor, or considering to become an Orthofix distributor, BEWARE! Orthofix has and is filing lawsuits against distributors who didn't achieve their annual quota.

Sounds like a bs post. Nobody sues there own distributor if they miss quota. Probably more like the distributor did something that violated there legal agreement with OFIX. Having nothing to do with not achieving quota.
