Can someone please explain to me how much longer we will have to endure the actions of Odis and his pals? Now I hear that Dustin Duvries is back in management-how in the hell did that happen? Don't we have people already on payroll that could have taken that spot? That has Otard's stink all over it! I have never seen an organization with so much corruption, favoritism and down-right ignorance in all my career. It's really a shame because many of us here are solid performers with great skills who just refuse to kiss up to these fools or use others to get ahead. I keep thinking and hearing it will get better but I am losing hope.

Sure he does. First they are friends. Second OP and GF are friends. OP asked GF for a favor, GF tells SF how it is, end of story.

 

You are obviously out of the loop if you don't know OP's link to Dustin! When Dustin had his flailing recruiting business, OP forced AM's to interview Dustin's candidates and they were awful. There is so much maneuvering going on behind the scenes at this place just look at the movement of Adrienne and Dave to save them positions-even at the cost of someone else losing their job. Be careful if someone in OP's gang wants YOUR job-they will find a way to get what they want.
Was Dustin even around long enough to say he was the best we had? I hear he NEVER was out in the field with his reps so we'll see what CL and SF think about that.

OK, this person may have missed a bit by saying there is zero between Odis and Dustin, but he was in the field, supported, trained, cared about his TS's and was a very good manager. There are MANY ASM's who have no clue where to begin training their TS's, could care less about them as individuals and sit in the passenger seat only to check the box and "look busy".

 

Why did Dustin come back to PAH? Thought there is a hiring freeze across PAH.

I would have like to seen him in his developmental years, must not have been to popular with the ladies and more than likely got his but kicked on a regular basis. The best part about Georgie stepping down is that Otard didn't have a CLUE!!! Oh to have been a fly on the wall to watch his reaction to George leaving and his replacement. It didn't go to one of the incompetent bullies in OP's gang of fools and I hope the message is loud and clear that Clint has his own people and will not be needing the services of the ship of fools for long.

Be careful what you wish for because what may be coming down the road will be a whole lot worse. Also why are they replacing George with the vp of finance? Does he know anything about running a business?

 

Worse in what way? You might have to work for a living vs. sucking ass for a living. It took years for George to build his little following of less than competent and less than qualified psychophants. You need to look to hard to see the trail of bread crumbs, just review every promotion under Otard, Adrian, Dave, etc. and take a long look at some of the managers that are still in place after multiple years of poor performance and high turnover. Take a look at the number of open door complaints that have been swept under the carpet by the likes of Otard et. al. Looks like karma is just getting warmed up.

 

Dontcha just love karma? It will be a long time coming but this entire team of incompetents will be ushered out. Clint has never looked kindly on the existing leadership on the PAH side but he couldn't just some in a fire people out of the gate. He will slowly replace them with his own people, it was the agreement he had with HQ from the start. The bullies are now exposed and vulnerable without GF's protection. I am happy to sit back and watch this play out and it will be quite the show! Got my large popcorn (extra butter)and grape Nehi ready to go!
