Ahhhh, the legacy of SKB continues to haunt the reputation of this once fine organization. Yes, this situation is tragic for the individual and the family. SKB had a win at all costs mentality, promoting off-label for adolescents. Many of you have no idea the culture that permiated SKB. Sell your mother for a trip to Winners Circle. Even with 'Patient First" it still exists. Take a look at some of the top performing territories across the nation. Odds are that "coupon - voucher" abuse exists. Double down on the fact the the rep is of SKB lineage. We educate! We do not sell! This is peoples health and lives we are dealing with. Educate in an ethical way and numbers will come. SKB, what a toxic unethical culture! Emma, clean house and rid us of SKB heritage management. You will be amazed at how the morale rises and productivity increases. Bet the farm on it! While your at it, can you get rid of the SECs? Nice people but horrible business move for customers who are already overwhelmed with reps coming and going. Emma, imagine if you had random people just walking into your office trying to sell you something. How quickly would you deny access to your open door policy? A day? Think about it. Stop with the "ride-alongs". time to move to a new evaluation system where managers visit their reps once per quarter and make 2 calls on top customers. Ahhhh...F-it! your A-holes just don't get it!

Ahhhhh, remember when SKB took over and demoted or fired many G-W reps for not working ? Sounds as if this may be one with a chip on his shoulder. Also, someone thinks he needs to run the company......how long has Sparky been with us ? Six months, eight months ?

We educate and don't sell????? What kind of dumb shit are you? You are in the WRONG business!! Give me the right patient type for the medicine, and I will sell the shit out of my FDA approved drug. Especially when it's my drug vs the other guys drug, considering either would be the right choice for the condition. There is a reason why we don't "educate" physicians with only a group of medical science liaisons. Go be a teacher if you want to educate!!

There are some very stupid people on this site. They are uneducated and want a free handout. Those criticizing the company are obviously the ones deselected and have poor sales skills.

And there you have it! Post #8. Someone died..killed themselves..because a SKB rep sold off label. Probably encouraged by management with a look the other way mentality. Yes, you could sell the "$hit" out of any product. Good for you. You unethical piece of human debris! What a POS! But hey, you went to winners circle.

"Give me the right patient type and the right medicine!" Your dumb ass can't read. The post didn't mention anything about off label selling. Stop mixing stories. If the doctor is going to prescribe a medicine ANYWAY, I hope it's GSK's and not my competitors FOR ONLABEL!!!!

When the department you work in has Sales in the name, you may be required to sell something. A board certified physician is not going to be educated in mechanisms, disease states or patent care by a sales rep. Bring in the donuts, look good and lick the boot of the office manager who is a high school dropout - that is your job. Witty understood this, and he slimed his way to CEO, so don't give up hope

Ask anyone in DRP about the MASTER program. Maximize savings through early resolution. Setting this case is a net savings to gsk when you factor in outside counsel fees.

Prescribed on label. Suicide ideation was identified in a gsk clinical trial, where none other than Moncef wrote in an email "these results shall never see the light of day". He wrote that email to sir Andrew Witty and now you know why we all suffer through Write Right. Good talk.

Exactly, nothing wrong with selling. Only in socialist utopia GSK to we use words (patient first) that allow us to pretend we are something that we are not. A good sales rep is worth their weight in gold in pharma.
