Out with the Old, In with the New - By Senior Reps !

Been noticing on a national level that when a senior representative resigns , they are now replaced with a 20 year old without a degree.
Everyone deserves an opportunity regardless of their age, level of experience, or whether they have a degree or not.
Message received! You're going to say she no longer needs experienced sales people. It prefers to have new blood so they can mold them from the get-go.
LRP requires a salesperson but CeraVe can be sold by a baboon. Not sure where this is going but I can say the following with confidence. This is not a true sales team. It is not compensated like one. It is not treated like one. It is not valued like one. If you are considering employment as a salesperson here, just know that the company has no idea how to treat, motivate, inspire or compensate a true salesperson.

Filing a report is a joke. It goes into the hands of HR, and they try to cover up everything JT does.
The ethics team should provide a confidential call with each rep to explain how JT and her team have impacted their career with LOreal.
If you’re not drinking JT’s koolaid, you are screwed here.
Hope the good reps are able to find better opportunities after the new year. We Deserve better then this BS.

 

Well said. the majority of the issues on the MD team is upper management and not the representatives. Clearly, there have been Representatives over the years that have abused their privileges. This is not the majority however! It's not a sound approach to punish the the majority of the reps for the sins of a handful of bad apples.

 

What an amazing early Christmas gift to the sales team, JT got clipped today ! I guess karma does work, and finally after 4 years of bull, it got her booted!
