What's the problem, I hear from some reps things are good. Is it just certain regional managers or upper management? Has the culture changed since being hired? I was thinking of applying for an open position. Should I stay where I am?
To the poster that asks should you apply, stay where you are. To the poster that asks if he/she should bail? No, good product...we are just getting started. We have a few good years, if we do not get micro-managed to death.
I am tired of being micro managed at this place. It started off great but this has become ridiculous.
This place is nowhere. One drug, not much in the pipe and no one wants to buy this dog. Big mistake coming here. And management in DE is the worst.
