YOU DIRTBAG POS ! As a legacy Forest DM I will defend the grate leaders we have had. They took the hi road and never pushed 'blame' down to the extended family of reps. Indeed in my management traning I was taught 'the buck stops here' . Many times I covered for a disrespectful rep and worked extra hrs to make him/her meet there numbers !!
