Why don’t you ask the execs yourself. The response maybe ITS A MURSE!!

So you're in it for the base pay, not the potential? Not confident in your ability to sell?

What would you rather have ?

75k base, and 150k at Plan

    Or

    30K base and 175k at plan ?

I would rather take the 75k base kill it and still make the 175k but have more of a base. Or is comp capped here?? Most companies pay more in overachievement

Those companies are out there , but getting Smith harder to find.

Everyone raves about how good Stryker is, but many of their reps after 1 year are 100% commission, with no gas, no car.

At Integra, commissions are not capped, Overachievement bonus is where you make the big $$.
Successful reps in top 25% have made 160k - 300k in year 1 to year 3. Base, commissions and bonus go up quickly the longer you stay.

That is why Ge was just taken of the Dow Jones. The management drove it into the ground the rats left the ship and are at integra. They say they got out in time. They caused the down turn of a great company.
Integra has a horrible culture, micromanaged, no respect for the sales force from the top down. When someone leaves they bash them. Not a place to hang your hat. I would not work here. And no vacations in December are permitted. Forecast calls every day.

Successful reps? All gone like dinosaurs. Future is not looking good.

what is the base for a territory manager in wound care? Recruiters keep calling about open positions and their stories do not match up. One says 75K base and the other says 30K base. What's the deal here?? Are there different salaries and comp plans?
